Matjiesfontein Envisaged Equipment

It is envisaged that the Matjiesfontein site will host most of the space geodetic type of equipment. This will probably be implemented in the following order:

1. GNSS Reference Station (planned for December 2008)

2. Seeing Monitor (end of 2009)

3. Superconducting Gravimeter

4. Radio Telescopes for VLBI

5. Lunar Laser Ranger
